1. Acceptance of Terms
By applying for and using the Prestige Card (“Card”), you agree to comply with these terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Card.
2. Eligibility
a. To obtain a Prestige Card, you must be at least 18 years of age. Misrepresentation of age will result in the immediate revocation of the Card.
b. Participating venues may have additional age restrictions, entry requirements, or dress codes that you must adhere to.
3. Card Issuance
a. To obtain a Prestige Card, you must complete the application process as outlined by the card issuer.
b. The Card is non-transferable and can only be used by the person to whom it is issued.
c. The card issuer reserves the right to reject any application without providing a reason.
4. Benefits and Discounts
a. The Prestige Card provides access to discounts and promotions at participating venues, which may include nightclubs, bars, and event venues (“Venues”).
b. Discounts and benefits are subject to change without notice. The card issuer and Venues are not responsible for changes in participation, discounts, or promotions.
5. Usage Restrictions
a. The Card may only be used by the cardholder and is not to be shared, sold, or otherwise transferred to others.
b. The cardholder must present valid identification along with the Card to access discounts and benefits at Venues.
c. The cardholder is expected to follow the rules and policies of the Venues and act in a respectful and responsible manner.
6. Revocation of Card
a. The card issuer reserves the right to revoke or suspend the Prestige Card at any time, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
b. Venues also reserve the right to deny entry or service to cardholders for reasons including misconduct or failure to comply with their rules.
7. Lost or Stolen Cards
a. The cardholder is responsible for safeguarding their Card. In the event of a lost or stolen Card, the cardholder should report it immediately to the card issuer.
b. Replacement cards may be issued at the discretion of the card issuer and will be subject to a replacement fee.
8. Privacy
a. By using the Card, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in the card issuer’s privacy policy.
9. Liability
a. The card issuer and Venues are not responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries incurred while using the Card or at Venues.
b. The cardholder is solely responsible for their actions and behavior while using the Card and at Venues.
10. Changes to Terms
The card issuer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Cardholders will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Card constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
12. Venue-Specific Terms
a. Each Venue may have its own specific rules, policies, and restrictions. It is the cardholder’s responsibility to be aware of and adhere to these rules when visiting the Venues.
b. The card issuer is not responsible for any disputes or issues that may arise between cardholders and Venues.
13. Ownership and intellectual property
a. Prestige card is the property of SNP Ltd.
b. Prestige card, Prestige world, Prestige community, Prestige partners, Prestige network are registered intellectual property of SNP Ltd and cannot be used without SNP ltd written authorisation.
c. All pictures, logos, music, sound tracks and content are properties of SNP Ltd
